Bridgepoint also prides itself on recruiting some of the students who have passed through the hospital.  In January 2020 more than 40 per cent of new recruits were previously students at the hospital.  Placement at Bridgepoint does not guarantee a position, of course, but you are in a good position to discuss what you can bring to a unit or department.
