There are numerous ways for volunteers to make a difference at Bridgepoint Hospital. An overview of our volunteer opportunities is presented below. Please note that availability for each position may vary throughout the course of the year.
Sales Assistant - Gift Shop
This volunteer position provides patients, visitors and staff with consumer/cashier service at the Gift Shop.
Sales Assistant - Snack Cart
This volunteer position services bedridden patients, their families, staff and visitors with a “store on wheels” snack cart.
Mealtime Assistant Program (MAP)
Volunteers in this program feed patients who require assistance with their meals.
Patient Visitors
In this position, volunteers are matched with patients for one-on-one visits.
Recreational Therapy - Various Positions
In these positions, volunteers assist staff and patients with social activities and programs throughout the hospital. |
