Updates on the status of the project will be added to this section, as information becomes available.
 
Storm sewer connection construction work  
 
Beginning November 26, 2010, Bridgepoint's construction partner, PCL Constructors, will be installing a storm sewer to connect our construction site storm drainage system with the Municipal storm drainage system.

This work is expected to take approximately four weeks. It will occur within a ten metre wide zone running north from the north-east corner of the construction site to the service path of Riverdale Park.

Access to Riverdale Park will not be disrupted.

From approx. May 13, 2013 to May 31, 2013 Jack Layton Way will be restricted to one‐way traffic eastbound from St. Matthews Road to Broadview Avenue.
