Specialty Clinics and Services
 
In addition to a wide range of individualized inpatient programs and services, Bridgepoint provides patients with access to the following specialty clinics and services to augment their progress and help them achieve their goals
 
Clinics are offered on-site at the hospital on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Patients and/or family members are encouraged to speak to a member of the care team to learn more about our specialty clinics and services.
 
Bridgepoint Health Specialty Clinics and Services
 
Augmentative Communication and Writing Clinic (ACWC) - Addresses the communication needs of individuals with severe speech and/or physical impairments.
 
Bridgepoint & Click A recreational computer service for all patients. 
 
Chiropody Clinic - For inpatients and Day Treatment patients experiencing foot problems.
 
Cultural Interpreters Program - Addresses the needs of non-English speaking patients and family members.
 
Dental Clinic - Provides convenient access to routine dental care.
 
Lower Extremity Gait Support Service (LEGSS) - Provides assessments for lower extremity orthotics (braces) for patients who have difficulty walking.
 
Mealtime Assistance Program (MAP) - Trains and supports volunteers to assist patients who are experiencing eating challenges as a result of their physical condition. 
 
Ophthalmology ClinicProvides patients convenient access to eye examinations and prescriptions.
 
Pain Management ProgramAddresses chronic pain conditions associated with complex chronic disease and disability. 
 
Physiatry Services - Patients whose functional abilities have been impaired by injury or disease can access physiatrists who specialize in non-surgical, physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Seating and Positioning Clinic - Addresses both the basic and complex seating needs of patients who require the use of an assistive device to support mobility.
 
Therapeutic Recreation – A program of specifically designed recreation and leisure activities that respond to the individual needs of each patient are offered by trained professionals.
