Plenary Health is a partnership between Plenary Group and Innisfree. The partnership features specialist health-care, construction, and finance personnel and has as its sole focus the delivery of the Bridgepoint Hospital on time and on budget and its successful physical operations over the next 34 years.
Both Plenary Group and Innisfree believe that success is based on meaningful partnerships, a focus on project delivery and active commitment over the long term.
The Plenary Health team includes Plenary Group, Innisfree, HDR Architects/Diamond Schmitt Architects Inc., PCL Constructors Inc., Johnson Controls Inc., and RBC Capital Markets. Financing for the Bridgepoint Health project is being provided by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. as bond underwriter, together with a banking group consisting of Calyon New York Branch, Dexia Credit Local and Royal Bank of Canada. Equity is being provided by Plenary and Innisfree.

Innisfree is the UK's leading infrastructure investment group, sponsoring and making long-term investments in AFP and P3 infrastructure projects. As an equity sponsor, Innisfree uses its extensive experience to add value to the commercial and financial structuring, negotiating and closing of projects. Innisfree currently has a platform of 49 P3 infrastructure projects with a capital value of some $15 billion (CDN) covering health, education, transportation and government accommodation.
Innisfree’s strategy is to support hospital projects using its financing experience and healthcare expertise. Innisfree will ensure that the project is well structured throughout the life of the concession and will build long and mutually beneficial relationships with Bridgepoint Health.
