Envelope

  • Drywall and masonry partitions throughout, with wall protection in high traffic areas
  • Concourse and ground levels to have terrazzo flooring and cementitious wall paneling in public corridors with wood slat ceilings to be consistent with soffits at ground level
  • Terrazzo flooring in public spaces, linoleum/vinyl/fluid applied flooring in clinical areas
  • Acoustic ceiling tile and drywall ceilings throughout
