- Safeguards - Measures will be taken to protect against loss, theft, or unauthorized use of information.
- Openness - Bridgepoint will openly communicate its policy to the public.
- Individual Access - Individuals will be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal health information and will be given access to it. They may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended.
- Challenging Compliance - Individuals will be able to address a challenge concerning compliance with these privacy principles.
