How to Become a Volunteer at Bridgepoint Hospital

Step 1

Please submit your Application Form by applying online.
 
You can also fax (416-461-5696) or mail in your completed Volunteer Application Form to Volunteer Resources. If you have any questions, please contact Volunteer Resources directly at 416-461-8252, ext. 2076.

Step 2

Print the Reference Check Form and have your reference provider send it to Bridgepoint via fax (416-461-5696) or mail. References are accepted from employers, charitable organizations, educational and community sources.
Family, friends, doctors and lawyers are NOT eligible.

*Note: The minimum age to volunteer at Bridgepoint is 15 or 14 with parental consent.
Important
 
Once both your Volunteer Application and Reference Check form has been received (Step 1 and Step 2), you will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator.
 
When a position becomes available which matches the interests you have identified, you will be contacted for an in-person interview.
