Over the past year, Bridgepoint has made significant gains in our performance related to achieving our two system-level aims, outlined in our Quality Improvement Plan 2011/12.

Bridgepoint recognizes that in order to see meaningful and sustained performance in our target areas we must continue our commitment to the high level system aims for Quality and Patient Safety; eliminating all hospital-acquired infections of MRSA, and serious harm or death associated with C-Difficile infection and falls.

Our Quality Improvement Plan for 2013/14 addresses system pressures and continues Bridgepoint’s vital role in ensuring access to high quality care and services for people living with complex, chronic illness and disability.
