 What to expect from Patient Relations

Any concerns can be brought to our attention in person, verbally over the phone, or in writing (by mail or email) either directly to Patient Relations or to the staff or manager on the unit.

 In addition to responding to your concerns, Patient Relations provides a bridge between patients family and staff. We seek to:

empower through education

enable active engagement

proactively address any issues, concerns or questions along the patient's care journey
