Bridgepoint’s Dialysis Program provides inpatient peritoneal dialysis and, in partnership with The Scarborough Hospital, inpatient hemodialysis to patients affected by renal failure.
Patients typically have other medical conditions requiring inpatient treatment in a hospital setting which prevents them from receiving dialysis in the community or at home. The level of care these patients require cannot be met by long-term care facilities or community support, but can be met in a complex care facility like Bridgepoint.
