Bridgepoint offers a Day Treatment Program to patients requiring ongoing, interdisciplinary musculoskeletal or neurological rehabilitation following their inpatient stay.
The Day Treatment program collaborates with patients to identify goals in order to optimize independence in community-based activities, and progress is reviewed by the team on a weekly basis. Therapeutic programs are tailored to meet patients' individual needs.
