Generally, patients admitted to Bridgepoint’s Complex Care Program are affected by mild cognitive impairment, brain injury, stroke, neuro-degenerative disease, or other complex medical conditions.
These patients are not necessarily dependent on active medical treatment, but require complex care and assistance with most activities of daily living.
Their medical conditions typically require inpatient hospital care, medical management, skilled nursing care and a range of inter-disciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic services.
