Rick Moore is Managing Partner of Richard Moore Associates Inc., a consulting firm which specializes in senior level executive search. Prior to this, he was founder and Chairman of the Canadian practices of TMP Worldwide and Russell Reynolds Associates.

Mr. Moore has served in various roles with several not-for-profit organizations, including on the Board of Governors of Lower Canada College and the Boards of Trustees of Upper Canada College, the Bishop Strachan School and Sheena’s Place. Mr. Moore has also served as past Vice-Chairman of the Spark of Life Campaign, Neurosciences Centre, the Toronto General and Western Hospital, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of the Toronto Community Foundation. He joined the Bridgepoint Health Foundation Board of Directors in 2007.
