Jim Baillie is of counsel at Torys LLP. He is a former Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission and is a current member of the Public Accountants Council of Ontario. He is also a board member of other not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Baillie has been a member of the Bridgepoint Health Board of Directors since 2003, and he joined the Bridgepoint Health Foundation Board in 2010.
